One fixed fee per sprint from $5,000 — plus additional hires in the same 28 days from $1,500 each, by role. No % of salary, ever.
A %‑fee agency charges 15–20% of salary — about $13,500 for a single $90k operator, and no refill. If an empty seat is costing you thousands a week, a $5,000 sprint that fills it in 28 days pays for itself.
