About You

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll lead mechanical engineering projects from ideation to completion, working alongside an ambitious and dynamic team. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading Projects: Manage feasibility studies, drafting, cost analysis, and detailed design specifications to bring ideas to life.

• Collaborating Globally: Partner with teams across local and global networks to achieve design excellence.

• Innovating with Purpose: Work directly with entrepreneurs to overcome design challenges and create sustainable, innovative solutions.

• Inspiring Growth: Mentor emerging talent and contribute to Ignition Chamber’s vision of creating meaningful impact.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with the following:

• 3+ years of post-graduate experience in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on design and drafting.

• Proficiency in AutoDesk Inventor Series programs, including Autodesk Vault.

• Experience in product design and development within the building industry (HVAC experience preferred).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships.

• Confidence in your expertise, coupled with a hunger for continuous learning and adaptation.
